here.What you'll do
- North America Credit Union (CU) Market Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
for Mambu's core banking offerings serving the North American
Credit Union market.
- Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to deeply
understand CU business drivers, member needs, operational
challenges, competitive landscape (legacy cores, fintech
providers), and emerging trends specific to the NA region.
- Identify and prioritize key market opportunities and
competitive differentiators for Mambu within the CU segment.
- Stay abreast of and interpret the impact of relevant North
American regulations (NCUA, state, federal consumer protection) on
CU operations and product requirements.
- Product Definition & Roadmap Execution:
- Translate market strategy and CU requirements into clear,
concise product requirement documents, epics, and user
stories.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for features and
enhancements specifically relevant to North American Credit Unions,
balancing strategic initiatives, customer requests, and technical
needs.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams throughout the
development lifecycle to ensure solutions are built flexibly,
scalably, and accurately meet documented requirements.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure the success and adoption
of features within the CU market.
- Go-to-Market Enablement & Commercialization:
- Partner with VP North America and Product Marketing to define
value propositions, positioning, and messaging for the NA Credit
Union segment.
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with product expertise,
demos, and collateral tailored to CU prospects.
- Provide input into pricing and packaging strategies suitable
for the NA Credit Union market, ensuring alignment with value
delivered and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to
ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and ongoing success for CU
clients. 4. Stakeholder Management & Market Evangelism:

- Act as the primary product point of contact and "voice of the
market" for North American Credit Unions within Mambu.
- Engage directly with CU clients, prospects, and advisory groups
to gather feedback, validate concepts, and build strong
relationships.
- Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and
launch plans to internal stakeholders across various departments
and levels. 5. Partner Ecosystem Collaboration:

- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with key technology
partners relevant to the North American CU ecosystem (e.g., digital
banking providers, loan origination systems, data analytics
platforms, compliance tools) to enhance Mambu's overall solution
offering.What you'll bring
- Experience: 10+ years of product management experience within
B2B financial technology, specifically focused on core banking,
lending, or deposit platforms.
- North American Banking OR Credit Union Expertise: Proven,
direct experience working with, working within, or building
solutions specifically for North American Banks and/or Credit
Unions is essential. Requires a deep understanding of the common
financial products offered (e.g., deposits, consumer lending,
mortgages, small business/commercial banking) and the specific
features and functionalities these institutions require to compete
effectively and meet customer/member needs within the region.
- Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the competitive
landscape for core banking and ancillary technology providers
serving the NA Credit Union market.
- Regulatory Acumen: Solid understanding of the North American
financial regulatory environment impacting Credit Unions (e.g.,
NCUA rules, state-specific regulations, relevant consumer
protection laws like TILA/RESPA).
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with modern core banking
platforms, API-driven architectures, and financial product
configuration. Understanding of typical CU legacy systems and
associated migration challenges is a significant plus.
- Product Management Craft: Demonstrated ability in market
analysis, defining product strategy, writing detailed requirements,
managing backlogs, and working effectively within agile development
processes.
- Collaboration & Influence: Excellent communication (written and
verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to
collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams (Engineering,
Sales, Marketing, C-level) and engage credibly with clients and
partners.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize complex information,
analyze data, and make data-informed prioritization decisions.What
