Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Desktop Support (Service Desk
Engineer).
Key Responsibilities
Perform Microsoft Windows Server administration in an Active
Directory environment
Provide technical support and resolution for hardware and software
issues
Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution and
maintain communication with customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience as a Windows System Administrator or in a similar IT
Service Desk role
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred
Industry-standard certifications (MCSA, Security+) or related
experience may substitute for a degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Products, Active Directory, and Office 365
administration
Must be authorized to work in the US
